I walked into a university seminar that was speaking about professions in building, and at the time, didn’t know you could big in building. I loved the concept of remaining a part of a team, making some thing big and tangible. What task have you most appreciated doing the job on and why?

I have actually appreciated my present task at the treatment method center, due to the fact of the team I am doing the job with. Our task team is 1 that I have labored with for virtually three many years, and we have absent via a lot alongside one another this 12 months each on a particular and qualified level.

I know my working experience would have been extremely diverse if I didn’t have this team. In addition, this is the initially task where just about every guide is woman, such as me, the client agent, the architect and the inside designer. Apparently as effectively, we all are named Sarah so we contact ourselves “the Four Sarahs.”

What assistance would you give to young girls thinking of building as a career?

Just do it, and if anyone at any time tells you that you are not able to do some thing, it could be time to take into consideration doing the job someplace else. If you come to feel you are all set, and are all set, really don’t limit oneself.
