A really expected home improvement store could soon be beginning construction in Leland.
Lowe’s Home Advancement gained preliminary zoning and web site approach acceptance to build a 113,860-square-foot store at the Leland City Middle. The shop will also consist of a 27,720-square-foot garden center.
In accordance to Leland organizing director Ben Andrea, building permits have also been submitted and are pending approval now. A community services office critique is the final hurdle in advance of construction would be able to begin.
